Model year 2014 brought a name change to the M sedan to the Q70. Quick, quiet, and roomy, it scored well. A not-so-impressive rear-drive hybrid version was also introduced. The optional Technology Package adds a variety of safety aids. These include lane keep assist, which can also prevent changing lanes into an unseen car. The active cruise control function has autonomous braking, as well as a forward-collision warning system. Styling was facelifted for 2015, which also marked the introduction of a long-wheelbase Q70L model.
