The smallest and least expensive seven-passenger vehicle on the market for its time, the Kia Rondo is smaller than a minivan, but taller and not as long a typical wagon. Still, the Kia offers impressive room for its compact size. With seating for up to seven, it nearly attains the utility of a minivan within the exterior dimensions of a small car. Fit and finish are very good and access is easy. The ride is comfortable and quiet, but handling is not particularly agile. We also found the seats uncomfortable, suspension noise annoying and the third-row seat too tight for children. All-wheel drive is not available. The Rondo was discontinued after 2010.
