Buick’s line of two- and three-row SUVs are worth considering for shoppers looking for a nicer interior than in a Chevrolet or Ford without the luxury prices of a Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus, or Acura. Options within Buick’s lineup start with the Envista, which is unusually sized between a large sedan and a subcompact SUV. The largest options include the three-row Enclave. Some of Buick’s models have earned Consumer Reports recommendations for having intuitive infotainment systems and quiet, pleasant interiors. Among U.S. car companies, Buick also ranks high in our new car reliability ratings. Some recent models also made our lists of recommended used cars.
Redesigned for 2025, the Buick Enclave is again positioned as the upscale sibling to the Chevrolet Traverse and GMC Acadia. This three-row SUV makes notable advances in technology, with a massive 30-inch dash-mounted screen, standard Bose audio system, and a robust suite of active safety features. Plus it is the first Buick with Super Cruise, GM's hands-free active driving assistance system, and it is fitted to all trim levels. The Enclave ditches the trusty 3.6-liter V6 for a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. It is again offered in front- and all-wheel drive. The top Avenir trim comes with an adaptive suspension.
